Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have several properties to choose from, claims report

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce reportedly have multiple home options for their marital residence. The couple is said to be getting married on July 3 and will soon move into their forever home together. According to HELLO! magazine, they own several properties. Although their post-marriage permanent residence remains speculative, the report listed the real estate properties in their names, respectively.

It was reported that their combined property portfolio was worth a whopping $157 million. Of which, the outlet reported that $7 million belonged solely to Kelce. He is said to own an estimated $6 million mansion in Leawood, Kansas. The French Regency-style home seems to offer privacy, as it’s in a gated community. This exquisite property holds a special place in the singer and her fiancé’s hearts because the NFL star proposed to Swift in August 2025 in the property’s garden.

Before big mansions, Kelce used to live in Kansas City’s Briarcliff West neighborhood. He still owns the 10,000 square feet of space. Moreover, he has also invested in a family condo along with his mom, Donna, and his brother, Jason Kelce.

On the other hand, Swift has invested in properties in Nashville, New York, and Los Angeles. According to the report, she used to live at her family home in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Then, the pop star bought her first home in Music Row, Nashville, at the age of 20. She also has a family property in Forest Hills in the same city.

Furthermore, Swifties are aware of the singer’s luxurious mansion in Rhode Island. Before Madison Square Garden, several reports claimed she might marry there. She also owns penthouses in NYC and Beverly Hills’ historic Samuel Goldwyn Mansion.
