Michelle Obama reveals how her husband, former U.S. President Barack Obama, will react to his wife talking about “sex.” The former First Lady of the United States appeared on Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast. She spoke about issues that are close to her heart, what advice she would give to the couple’s daughters, Malia and Sasha, and some details about her husband.

Michelle Obama did not hold back when host Alex Cooper asked how Barack Obama would react to her having a talk about sex on the podcast. Cooper said, “I was preparing for the interview, and I realized that there are two ways I can go about it. Option one would be more OG Call Her Daddy days. You know, talk some relationships, trying to ask you a couple of questions about sex.”
Michelle Obama playfully chimed in, “Just about what Barack Obama wants to get reports on,” making Cooper laugh. The 62-year-old added, mimicking her husband, “You said what?”
“You’re like ‘It’s her show’,” Cooper stated. Michelle added with a laugh, “Well, we were just talking.”
Cooper dished, “So, you know, relationships and sex, which, again, you are right. It would go viral, and poor Barack would be like, ‘Why? Literally, of everything I have done, why?’”
The podcast host continued, “Then there is the other side of this show, which is option two, which is hard but important conversations that are relevant to young women and girls around the world, as juicy as option one would be.” Michelle interjected, “Or not.”
Cooper then reiterated, “Or not, actually. It could have been like that. I just thought about it. I’m like, you sitting here today as one of the most influential and powerful women in the world — it could be too great of an opportunity not to have you impart your wisdom on the next generation who is watching and listening today.”
The former first lady of the United States cheekily remarked, “So, we are going with option two.”
