During a recent appearance on the New Heights podcast, WNBA star Caitlin Clark joined Jason and Travis Kelce for a candid and lighthearted conversation about football, fandom, and the upcoming NFL playoffs.

Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark is a longtime Chiefs fan. Speaking to the Kelce brothers, she discussed how she’s navigating an NFL postseason without her favorite team in the mix.

With the Chiefs officially knocked out of playoff contention, Clark found herself being asked about her football loyalties this time. When asked where her support would shift now that Kansas City’s season is over, Clark said her focus has moved from teams to individual players.

Her answer was candid and delivered with the same confidence that defines her on the basketball court. “Honestly, I’m a Drake Maye fan; I think he’s been incredible.” She further said, “I’ll probably be pulling for the Patriots, but I think the Rams are good, too.”

Travis Kelce asked if she could root for almost anyone left in the playoff field. Clark was clearly seen drawing her line, with her response being brief.

She said, “There’s some I can’t root for, come on,” she said. “I hate the Buffalo Bills, ugh,”

Clark’s honest reaction stood out as one of the most memorable moments from the episode. It showed fans a more relaxed and relatable side of the WNBA star. It also highlighted how her love for sports goes beyond basketball. Even without her favorite team in the playoffs, Clark still has strong opinions—and she’s not shy about sharing them.
