When asked by the outlet about what it was like to work on the project and what drew him to the role, the rapper-turned-actor had a lot to say. “It was amazing,” he shared, adding, “I think that my characater was kind of like a different type of role for me.” Then referring to his character, he said, “This guy was just really cool, chill, wholesome. He had a nice job, you know. I liked him. Shoutouts to that kid Jamie.”
Further, when asked how he and Rihanna support each other, A$AP Rocky explained, “Man, there’s a lot of that to go around. There’s so much to be inspired by, you know.
