Jamie Foxx is a father once again, but he wasn’t so sure about it a while ago. The former Django Unchained star and his girlfriend had announced the pregnancy earlier this year in May.
The Oscar winner and his girlfriend Alyce Huckstepp, 31, recently welcomed their first baby together, reports People. With that, Foxx experienced fatherhood for the third time. He already shares daughter Corinne, 32, with ex Connie Kline and daughter Anelise, 18, with ex Kristin Grannis.
However, the 58-year-old previously revealed that he was scared to be a father one more time. Thankfully, he found the biggest motivation in veteran Hollywood icon Al Pacino.

How Al Pacino helped Jamie Foxx overcome his doubts about becoming a dad again
In an interview with E! News in August, alongside his daughter Corinne Foxx, Jamie Foxx revealed, “Being my age, I was a little on the fence,” he admitted. “But then I ran into Al Pacino a few months ago.” The 86-year-old acclaimed actor became his true inspiration to let go of his hesitation.
It’s because Pacino welcomed his fourth child three years ago, at 83, with his girlfriend Noor Alfallah. “I said, Al, you gonna be back in the drop-off line?” Foxx asked him. To this, Pacino said he would be. “I said, aw man, shoot, I’m good.” The former Ray star finally became carefree and went ahead with his plans of being a dad for a third time.
His eldest daughter, Corinne, has already called him a great father. The two have worked together for years on the game show Beat Shazam. “I grew up going to set with my dad and watching him work from behind the camera,” she revealed to E! News. “But then to be his coworker and the level of professionalism but also, he’s so light and so funny.”
