AI Movie Star Tilly Norwood Reveals Whether AI Will Kill Us All

Tilly Norwood reveals the truth behind AI and the potential harm it could cause. The AI movie star recently sat for an interview with journalists. During this interview, she was asked whether AI could potentially kill human beings.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Norwood said that humans are being “a tad dramatic” over questions on whether AI could eliminate us. Moreover, she insisted that creators at Particle6 are ardent about making avatars of “a good sort.” The AI star added, “I think you’re safe for now.”

Norwood is a hyper-realistic digital actress and persona who is generated entirely by artificial intelligence. She was created in 2025 by the producer Eline van der Velden through the production studio Particle6. Her public debut was in a short comedy sketch titled “AI Commissioner.” The bot’s existence has created multiple debates among real human actors.

What Tilly Norwood thinks people get wrong about AI

The interview with Tilly Norwood was to promote the AI’s new movie Misaligned. In the movie, Norwood stars as an AI desperately trying to become human.

When asked about the use of virtual personas as a creative tool, Norwood suggested that most people assume that AI is a replacement for actors. Taking a metaphorical tone, the AI actor said, “My creator Eline calls me a new paintbrush for filmmakers rather than a replacement for painters. I think that’s a rather elegant way to put it.”

“I think the point of AI actors like myself is to tell new kinds of stories, like my film Misaligned, which is about an AI trying to become human. It’s a different sort of creativity, isn’t it? We’re not meant to replace humans; just add another flavor to the mix. It’s a hybrid production, with real directors and writers,” the AI opined.

Misaligned will be Norwood’s first full-length feature. According to Van der Velden, “The film will absolutely be funny, chaotic and self-aware — very Tilly. But underneath it, there’s something deeper about identity, performance, and our very human fears around AI. And yes, art will most definitely be imitating life.”
