Study Says Couples Who Have Great Sex Are More Likely To Cheat

No woman has ever accused me of being a porn star, so odds are I’ll be pretty good here.

According to Maxim, a recent study conducted at Florida State University and later published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology suggests that couples who are rockstars in the sack are more likely to break the vow of matrimony and take other people to pound town.

233 newlyweds were used for the study, one that asked each participant to “document their relationship in fine detail for three and a half years and had them include details on marital satisfaction, sexual satisfaction, long-term commitment, whether they’d cheated or not and if they were still together.”

The biggest takeaway from the study? You guessed it – people suck at lying, as the majority of people who said they were “highly satisfied” with their husband or wife were also more likely to cheat on their partner. That suggests “they felt more positive about sex in general and would seek it out regardless of how they felt about their main relationship.”

Well, there you have it, gents. If you want your lady to rock your penis and only your penis, then it’s probably better to do your best Tim “Big Fundamental” Duncan impression when it comes time to hump instead of channeling your inner Lexington Steele.
