Mama always told you to eat your oatmeal, but she probably didn't pack it full of organic berries, nuts and chia seeds. Did they even have chia seeds back then?
If you really want to go old school, bust out the box of Cream of Wheat, only lets spice it up with some cinnamon, raisins, honey, berries and bananas.
It's classic, but if you can add a pretzel croissant beneath your egg and avocado, you're set. Maybe put on some hot sauce and some greenery while you're at it.
A day is not a day without tacos. We recommend going meat-free at least one day a week, and Taco Tuesday is usually an excellent day if you're into butternut squash, beans, tomatoes, avocado, cashew cheese and other colorful things. May every day be a Tuesday.

A tasty treat hot or cold, day or night, that you can whip up quick, is the stuffed tortellini with chicken sausage. Less is more with sauce, but more is more with tortellini.
