As much as I try to convince people that I look like Brad Pitt or Ryan Gosling or Leonardo DiCaprio, I can’t say that I have the luxury of looking like a super popular celebrity. But that “luxury” is a reality for a California woman whose resemblance to Miley Cyrus has shaken up her life.
Mardee Shackleford looks like the former Disney star so much that not only do fans mob her, but she needs to get some muscle when she goes to clubs.
“Several times I have been sitting in traffic and people have slid open the back door of their car and kids will start yelling, ‘Miley’,” the 21-year-old reveals. “Sometimes it feels like I am actually famous or a celebrity, just on a really small scale. It’s been really fun for me.”
Mardee does admit that she wasn’t a fan of Miley’s music, but her “Bangerz” album made her attend one of her concerts where she actually met Billy Ray Cyrus and took a picture with him. I’m just going to assume Billy needed his allowance earlier than usual and thought he was confronting Miley.
