Live & Learn Ep. 3: Manny Santiago and the Shredding Kids of ‘Prince of Puerto Rico’

Over the past few weeks, Crave has brought you the introductory episodes of our killer new video series partner-project called Live & Learn, with world-renowned skate hero Manny Santiago. Fans were granted an inside-access look at Manny’s adventures in Puerto Rico, whether cruising the locales in search of great skating spots or serving a higher purpose with the Luzia Boys and Girls Club, where we watched as he directly boosted the lives and spirits of the local kids.

In the third Live & Learn clip, Manny and the crew toast to the Prince of Puerto Rico skate contest before the big day, where locals from around the island gather to see some of the sickest tricks from some of the biggest talent anywhere, including unbelievably young little shredders in the Coqui youth competition.

Check out the “Prince of Puerto Rico” video below, with music by Killa K Beat, Fico Rodz and Harvey Soto:

A Puerto Rico native, Manny Santiago has moved his maniacally intense street skills to the sunshine of Los Angeles, turning pro in 2011 and leaning into success with an adventurer’s heart. Paying his dues while rapidly ascending the skate world ranks, he dominated the 2013 Select Series and continues to show his ferocity as a competitor and innovator on wheels.

Keep up with Manny at his official site and on Facebook.
