It appears that despite his well-earned reputation for all-out secrecy, J.J. Abrams intends to go the Bryan Singer route and document every step of the way on Star Wars Episode VII via social media.
Such as this little nugget, a hand-written note to the cast and crew of the new Star Wars epic (posted to Crave movie site /Film, motivating them all on to create something great.
And thankfully, Abrams is aware that “the world awaits this film.” In most cases, that’d probably be just another example of narcissistic director hyperbole, but here…yeah, he’s right.
We’re undoubtedly just beginning the constant stream of day-to-day updates that’ll be the Episode VII shoot, so strap in now — we’re thinking there will be a lot more where this came from.
