Food Squibs: Easy, Quick Chili in a Skillet Spices Up Dinner

There’s nothing more masculine than a good bowl of red, meaty, spicy chili. A tough guy might feel a little awkward dusting off a soufflé, but chili is a safe concoction for the cowboy in anyone.

But, if you’re shooting for something above Hormel, it can take all day to mix and simmer up a pot of chili. This Easy Chili in a Skillet recipe will get you from Point A to Point Chili in minutes.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Medium Vidalia Onion
  • 3 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Can Tomato Soup
  • 1 Can Kidney Beans

​Preparations: Brown ground beef and onion in oil until tender. Drain well. Add seasoning. Mix well. Add soup and beans. Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Yields 6 cups. Season to taste.
