Exclusive Villains Month Preview: Man-Bat #1

The New 52 origin of Kirk Langstrom, the Man-Bat, was covered back in Detective Comics #19, and it included his wife Francine also becoming a Woman-Bat. So to speak. As it stands now, apparently, the Woman-Bat was using Man-Bat the whole time, and Kirk’s more than a little miffed about it.

So how is this strained relationship going to shake out now that it’s Villains Month and the superheroes are nowhere to be found? Well, you can get a taste in Crave Online’s exclusive preview of Detective Comics #23.4: Man-Bat #1, from writer Frank Tieri and artist Scot Eaton, with a cover from Jason Fabok.

As far as reviews go, he believes the main point of being a critic is not to pass yourself off as the final arbiter of quality passing holy judgment on a work of art, but rather just to share opinions so that the reader can decide whether or not the critic is someone whose tastes generally align with theirs.  If so, that reviewer is one whose work you can trust if you're curious about a particular title.  If not, cue loud, angry internet vitriol.
