Ryan Decenzo Behind-The-Scenes Surgery

It's rare you see a skater talk so candidly about injuries. Ryan Decenzo walks us through his journey to recovery while having surgery to repair a broken fibula he sustained while skateboarding.

Broken fib? No big deal. The Canadian would go on to win a gold medal just weeks later at X Games L.A. 2013 in the Street League Select competition.

Don't worry — nothing graphic…unless you count the logos on the apparel.
