Tell me if this sounds familiar. Nathan Drake hunting lost treasures, chasing dangerous adventures, and engaging in wild chases. If this doesn’t spark any kind of memory rush then the next part won’t be too exciting. However, if it does then you may become even more eager for the new console releases.
It turns out Uncharted 4 may be in the cards, after all. Sure, there has been speculation, but judging by a statement from Dominic Monaghan during a conference call it might be closer to reality than previously thought. He said:
I’ll always stay focused on the gaming world and see what’s coming up. The new Uncharted I’m really excited to see how that’s going to be and obviously both new gaming systems.
It should be a bit safer to assume that there will indeed be another game for gamers to love. Naughty Dog recently released The Last of Us, and has a second team that’s cooking something secret up in its workshop. An Uncharted 4 for PS4 is a serious possibility.
Regardless of these little teases of information, there has been no official announcement of any new developments from Naughty Dog. Dominic Monghan doesn’t even have experience with roles in the series. That doesn’t mean he isn’t part of the next one, though. Considering the company’s success, and Sony’s teasing of several blockbuster titles yet to be announced for the PS4, one can only hope for another dangerous Uncharted experience.
