Batwing has had some success fighting against supervillains like Massacre and Father Lost, but one thing that’s frustrated him at every turn is the systemic corruption in what passes for the police. What makes that more troubling is that, in his real life as David Zavimbe, he’s a member of that very police force. Now, there’s a privileged killer on the loose, and all attempts to apprehend him are met with bribery and stonewalling. That’s not something Bat-folk take kindly to.
