So while this trio decided to have sex on a restaurant deck, the folks in this story chose a roof for their setting instead.
This did not occur in Florida. I repeat, this did not occur in Florida. This actually occurred in Pennsylvania and involves two men and a woman who were cited for disorderly conduct after getting caught having an alleged threesome. According to the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department, cops responded to Warwick Township recently after getting a call from a witness about three people who were engaging in public sex acts. Where did they respond to? The rooftop of a building.

The trio, 29-year-old Joel Beger, 26-year-old Kevin Venbrux and 24-year-old Amanda Howley did admit that they were engaged in some sort of activity, but felt “that their position was private.” Well, not private enough it seems.
But now Venbrux has come out to set the story straight, as he took it to Facebook to share what he says is the real story.
“Not everything you read in the news is true,” Venbrux wrote on his Facebook. “‘We were just watching the sunrise. The cops came because of noise and the neighbors saw us up there kissing. Apparently that is considered a sex act now. As per usual with this things it’s all getting blow outta [sic] proportion.”
Who the hell watches the sunrise nowadays? And watching the sunrise with a hot chick and your buddy? That’s a new one.
Well, the horny rooftop trio was still cited and charged with a single count of disorderly conduct “for the creation of physically offensive conditions.”
