Uncharted 4’s New Story Trailer Steals Assassin’s Creed IV Artwork

If you were watching the incredible new Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End story trailer and thought that a certain scene looked a little familiar, then rest assured that you aren’t going crazy, because Naughty Dog has sneakily stolen some of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag‘s artwork for use in the game.

The artwork in question can be found at the 1:36 mark in the trailer, with it appearing as a painting of a location that Nathan Drake seemingly winds up visiting in the game’s story. The thievery was initially noticed by Twitter user @AymarMtl.

Check out the trailer below:

Here’s a closer look at the artwork featured in the trailer:

Now here’s the Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag concept art:

The only thing absent from the artwork featured in the trailer is the pirate, for obvious reasons.

Still, aside from this blatant theft of AC: IV‘s concept art, the story trailer looks very impressive, and we can’t wait to see what Naughty Dog has up its sleeve for the Uncharted series’ first proper PS4 outing.
