Destiny’s Sold Out Ghost Edition is Selling on eBay For Over $400

The Destiny Ghost Edition is one cool package. Including a ghost replica, post cards, expansion pass, and an assortment of little knick-knacks, it’s the perfect buy for the gamer who absolutely loved the Destiny Beta, so much that it’s netting double its value following a retailer-wide sell out.

Listings of Destiny Ghost Edition confirmed as sold on eBay are showing a value of around $400 or more. In one exceptional case, it sold for $1025.

Recently, Walmart canceled hundreds of pre-orders following what it called a “supply issue” where orders could not be fulfilled. These upset customers are left with few options if they are adamant about purchasing this limited production Collector’s Edition.

Bungie has published statistic from its Destiny Beta, and it’s clear that the game is already incredibly popular. Launching September 9th for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, and PS3, it’s one of the three biggest releases of the year.
