The Kills, Interpol, Broken Social Scene Head Up the Field Trip Festival This Weekend

Toronto’s annual festival The Field Trip, given by the record label Arts & Crafts, takes place this weekend and features a number of cool acts including Interpol, The Kills, Broken Social Scene, A Tribe Called Red, Constantines, and F*cked Up.

Other performers include Half Moon Run, Lord Huron, Kevin Drew, Washed Out, and Gord Downie and the Sadies. Newbies pssst…I hear Andy Kim, who the label just signed, will perform with Broken Social Scene.

Music isn’t the only component of the Field Trip weekend – they will also be highlighting the community’s best culinary offerings and there will be collaborative explorations on the themes of art, photography, technology, fashion and more. For a full schedule, click here.

The Field Trip weekend began last year in celebration of their 10-year anniversary, and is being continued this year for the second year in a row.
