BlizzCon 2013: Heroes of the Storm Trailer Shows Playable Characters, Bega Signups Available

Enjoy DotA 2 or League of Legends but perhaps looking for something to mix things up? Blizzard might have your answer.

Previously known as Blizzard All-Stars, Heroes of the Storm is playable for its first time to the public at BlizzCon 2013, and the response has been very positive.

The game allows you to play as one of many Blizzard IP characters from across the board in a game of 3-lane 5v5 combat. Heroes include the following, with more to come:

  • Falstad (World of WarCraft)
  • Illidan (World of WarCraft)
  • Kerrigan (StarCraft)
  • Nova (StarCraft)
  • Valla (Diablo 3 – Demon Hunter)
  • Naziba (Diablo 3 – Witch Doctor)

  • Gazlowe (World of WarCraft)
  • Uther (World of WarCraft)
  • Malfurion (World of WarCraft)
  • Tassadar (StarCraft)
  • Arthas (World of WarCraft)
  • Sonya (Diablo 3 – Barbarian)
  • Diablo (Diablo)
  • Tyrael (Diablo)
  • Stitches (World of WarCraft)

Blizzard is making a strong effort to ensure that when Heroes of the Storm releases it’s at the same level of quality as its other products, and that alone is reason enough for your to be excited.
