The Xbox One’s flagship launch title is ready to race the best of them.

Forza Motorsport 5‘s launch trailer has debuted, and simply put it’s stunning. Car detail is at a level never seen before with everything from rims to livery being given immense attention to detail. Even the sound of each engine’s roar permeates the track just like in real-life.

Running at 1080p with a consistent 60 frames per second, Forza 5 is the game Microsoft needs to wrestle the doubts of gamers looking for noticeable improvements from next-gen hardware.

Forza 5 has some competition this holiday season with Gran Turismo 6 coming on December 6th with 1197 vehicles, and Need for Speed: Rivals arriving on the PS4 and Xbox One launch dates. Soon we’ll find which comes out on top.
