The Last Of Us DLC Revealed, Includes New Single-Player Story

Developer Naughty Dog’s plans for future The Last Of Us Season Pass DLC has been revealed, with one single-player and two multiplayer focused offerings set to be released within the next few months.

The first The Last Of Us DLC will be the Abandoned Territories Map Pack, which will feature new multiplayer stages including the dusty Suburbs, the urban jungle of the Bus Depot, the moonlit Hometown and the multi-tiered Bus Store. This map pack is set to be released on October 15th.

The second DLC will be the developers’ first ever single-player DLC, and will feature a narrative that ties in with The Last Of Us, though it will feature a new character. This has been given a tentative release window of December – January.

The last slice of DLC will be more multiplayer goodness, though no further details were given other than that it is expected to arrive within the first half of 2014.

Naughty Dog is also offering a bonus 60 different head items for free for Season Pass holders in the meantime, though those without a Season Pass can pick them up too, albeit for a small fee.

The Last Of Us Season Pass is available on the PlayStation Store for $19.99, and purchasing it will save you over 75% instead of purchasing each DLC release individually.
