Far Cry 3 Now Free for PS Plus Subscribers

One of 2012’s highest-rated titles is now available for free on PlayStation Plus.

Those with a PS Plus subscription can now download a full copy of Far Cry 3 from the PlayStation Store in addition to Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams, a PSN game, and Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen.

Far Cry 3 was one of the more enjoyable open-world games of last year, and was able to net over 6 million units sold within its first few months on store shelves.

If you end up enjoying your time in the world of Far Cry 3, you might want to consider picking up its DLC pack titled Blood Dragon. It’s a kickback to retro games and focuses a lot more on the fun qualities of the game rather than realism. You can check out some footage on our Watch Us Play episode.
