TGS 2013: First Metal Gear Solid 5 Xbox One Gameplay Revealed

The first gameplay footage for the Xbox One version of Metal Gear Solid 5 was revealed at the Tokyo Game Show yesterday, with series creator Hideo Kojima taking the controller to guide us through some  of its stealthy action.

The video, which you can watch below, is the first footage we’ve been shown of MGS 5 running on Microsoft’s upcoming console, and suffice to say it doesn’t look much different from its PlayStation 4 counterpart, To see the game running on the PS4, you can watch its gameplay demo of its prologue here. Alternatively, you can view the gameplay footage of a ‘Special Mission’ exclusive to TGS here.

Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain will be making its way to the Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3. A release date has yet to be announced.
