Daft Punk to Play Secret Glastonbury Set?

Daft Punk are being heavily tipped by bookies to play a secret set at Glastonbury this weekend.

The dance duo are currently placed ahead of Beady Eye, David Bowie and Queens of the Stone Age, with 6/4 odds to take to a stage at Worthy Farm at some point during the festival.

Daft Punk’s latest album Random Access Memories has been praised by critics and fans alike (read CraveOnline’s review of it here), with it becoming the fastest-selling album of the year in the UK. It’s lead-off single ‘Get Lucky’ was also overwhelmingly popular in the region, remaining Britain’s most streamed track for eight weeks, before Robin Thicke’s ‘Blurred Lines’ knocked it off the top spot.

Glastonbury is set to be headlined by The Rolling Stones, Arctic Monkeys and Mumford & Sons. For the full line-up, click here.
