It was bound to happen. Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian, the hot-and-heavy celebrity couple of the moment (rivaled only by Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly), are engaged. The 45-year-old tatted Blink-182 drummer proposed to his 42-years-young lady love over the weekend on the beach in Montecito, California, amidst a sea of red roses and white candles.
She said yes, of course (and why wouldn’t she? Did you see the size of that rock?!)

Both parties shared the news of their betrothed status on Instagram with the caption “forever.”

While as much as we applaud true love, we’re mostly relieved by this news because marriage can mean only one thing: the flame dies. It won’t be long until their relationship fizzles into a dull, sexless, monotonous arrangement. No more will this couple’s passionate make-out sessions populate our social media feeds.
Here’s hoping Machine Gun Kelly takes a hint and puts a ring on Megan Fox’s finger so we can stop being witnesses to that pervy coupling, too.
