The ‘Central Intelligence’ Director Does The B-Movies Podcast!

Rawson Marshall Thurber is the director of the hit comedies Dodgeball and We’re the Millers, and his new film Central Intelligence has a little Hart and a great big Johnson. This week on The B-Movies Podcast, we’ve got Rawson Marshall Thurber on the show to talk about his big summer movie, working with Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart, and how he hopes Central Intelligence will reach audiences and teach them something about the effects of bullying.

Your hosts William Bibbiani and Witney Seibold are here to grill Rawson Marshall Thurber about the state of the genre, why every comedy seems to open with the exact same joke, and the fine art of the commentary track. And in addition to our talk about Central Intelligence, Rawson Marshall Thurber also tells us more about his upcoming action thriller Skyscraper, what he had planned for the now-defunct project Choose Your Own Adventure, and the plot of his Magnum P.I. reboot (which still might get made!).
