Jenni “JWoww” Farley is not holding back after watching the latest Real Housewives of Salt Lake City drama. The Jersey Shore star became emotional while calling out the cast over Angie Katsanevas bringing up Mary Cosby’s late son during their heated confrontation.
Farley called the exchange one of the lowest moments she had seen on reality TV, arguing that some topics should be off-limits, even when the cameras are rolling.
Jenni Farley blasts Bravo over Mary Cosby’s confrontation with Angie Katsanevas
In an Instagram post, Farley called the episode “the worst thing I have ever seen on reality TV.” Cosby and Katsanevas clashed at an event after Cosby questioned Katsanevas’ marriage and parenting. Katsanevas snapped: “What happened to your husband? What happened to your child? What are you talking about?”
The exchange stunned the table. Cosby’s 22-year-old son, Robert, died in February 2026. Police responded to a suspected overdose, although authorities did not publicly release his cause of death. Cosby later confirmed his passing, saying her “beloved” son had “been called home to the Lord.” She added, “Though our hearts ache, we take comfort in God’s promise and in knowing he is finally at peace.”
Farley called Katsanevas’ reference to Robert “the f—ing bottom of the barrel, the most low blow, and I don’t give a f–k.” She contrasted Bravo’s approach with her experience on Jersey Shore, where cast members protected one another despite their arguments. “Drama sells,” she acknowledged, but said her cast “protected each other.”
Farley clarified that her criticism was not directed at Andy Cohen or the producers. “A child’s death is off the table,” she wrote, urging reality stars to be mindful of their words. She also said television had taught her “so many tough lessons.”
As per The Blast, viewers remained divided over the confrontation. Some accused Cosby of bullying Katsanevas, while others said Angie crossed a line by bringing up Robert. One viewer wrote, “MARY WENT THERE FIRST!” The dispute also followed reports that Katsanevas had split from her husband, Shawn, after 27 years together. She had also criticized Lisa Barlow and Meredith Marks. A source described the Cosby clash as “too ugly” to move past. Katsanevas made “Housewives” history in January 2026.
