The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Jen Affleck has shared videos showing her estranged husband, Zac Affleck, making hurtful comments about her appearance and criticizing her household responsibilities. The footage, posted on November 5 and 6, surfaced shortly after Jen filed for divorce on November 3, following seven years of marriage.

In one video, Zac criticizes her appearance while she records a TikTok in their kitchen. “I hope you’re not making a TikTok looking like that,” he tells her before adding, “Your tits are sagging all over. You don’t want to post that; I’ll tell you that right now.” Jen said the video was filmed two weeks postpartum.
When Jen asks whether she is embarrassing herself, Zac replies, “A little bit. I hope you wouldn’t want to post that.” Jen captioned the clip, “he was never my biggest supporter,” seemingly responding to Zac’s earlier statement to PEOPLE that he would “always be Jen’s supporter.”
Zac later acknowledged his behavior while responding to a critical comment on TikTok. He described his remarks as “obviously horrible and should have never been said,” adding, “When I saw the video today I was absolutely shocked I had said that. I said a lot of horrible and hurtful things but I have tried my best to learn and grow.” He said the video was from 2022.
Jen also shared another recording of a disagreement about household chores. When Zac questioned why a towel was on the bathroom floor, Jen pointed out that she had been doing his laundry for years. “If I got a little bit more help, maybe it’d be nice. Maybe we’d have some towels,” she told him.
Zac also addressed the divorce in a November 5 TikTok video, claiming Jen told him she was “unhappy” and wanted to separate after her Dancing with the Stars appearance in 2025.
The former couple met on the Mormon dating app Mutual in 2018 and married the following year. They share three children: Nora, 5, Luca, 3, and Penelope, 1. Jen announced in June 2026 that she was expecting their fourth child.
