Hila Klein has filed for divorce from her husband and H3 Podcast host Ethan Klein after 14 years of marriage. The filing comes shortly after Hila publicly accused Ethan of having an affair that she said lasted more than six months.

According to court documents reviewed by Vulture, Hila filed for divorce on November 2 in Los Angeles County Superior Court. The couple married in 2012 and have three children together.
Hila, 38, is seeking joint custody of their children, spousal support, and payment of her legal fees by Ethan. She has also requested that the court restore her surname to her maiden name, Hacmon.
Attorney Laura Wasser is representing her. Wasser has previously represented high-profile clients, including Angelina Jolie and Kim Kardashian. Wasser also inspired the character played by Kim Kardashian in the legal drama All’s Fair. Hila’s legal team reportedly includes attorney Julian Shojaie.
The divorce filing follows Hila’s October 22 Instagram statement in which she accused Ethan of infidelity.
“I am living in a nightmare I can’t wake up from,” she wrote. “My husband has been having an affair. I have been fed lie after lie after lie for months. I am tired of lies.”
Hila said Ethan had made light of the situation and continued to lie to her before eventually admitting to the affair. She described the alleged betrayal as devastating.
“The person I loved and trusted for 20 years evaporated overnight,” she added. “He was my safe place, my partner in marriage, parenting, and business. My only family on this side of the world. How do I even begin to make sense of this?”
Meanwhile, the H3 Podcast team has issued a statement supporting Hila and said it would cut ties with Ethan.
“We stand with Hila and will support her every step of the way. We’re disgusted by Ethan’s actions and the hurt he has caused. We all deserved better: Hila, us, and you,” the team stated.
The podcast is currently on an indefinite hiatus, leaving its future uncertain.
