Denise Richards has teased her return to “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (RHOBH)”. The actress revealed that she has filmed for the Season 16 cast trip. She also said that she will appear in several episodes of the upcoming season.
Denise Richards says she filmed the RHOBH Season 16 cast trip
Richards made the disclosure while attending the Season 2 premiere of Hulu’s All’s Fair in New York on November 2. Here, a Deadline reporter asked her whether she had plans to return to the reality series. “I just did the cast trip,” the Wild Things star said. “And I’m doing some episodes for next season, so it’s been fun.”
Her confirmation follows reports that she will be returning as a friend of the cast. Jennifer Tilly and Kathy Hilton are also among the personalities expected to appear in that capacity.
Production of the upcoming season began in August. However, it is reportedly continuing into November, due to an expanded cast. New additions include actress Leah Remini and Million Dollar Listing alum Tracy Tutor. The full-time cast includes Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, Erika Jayne, Sutton Stracke, Bozoma Saint John and Rachel Zoe.
Richards first joined The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as a full-time cast member in Season 9 in 2019. She left after Season 10 but made appearances in subsequent seasons, including Season 15.
During a September 2026 interview with Runway Live, Richards was asked whether she would consider returning to the franchise. “I always say never say never,” she said. “I have a lot of good memories being on the show. It’s fun doing the trips and to just have fun and be silly women, acting much younger than we are.”
She also acknowledged that filming had not always been easy. “I’ll never forget a lot of moments I had doing the show. I also had some challenging times on it too. I think fame can change people, and some women are different on camera and off camera.”
“But I would definitely be open to going back and spending time with all the ladies,” she added.
With filming underway, Richards may bring a familiar face and new energy to the show.
