Milania Giudice opens up about her struggles and efforts to change
In an Instagram Reel, Milania Giudice spoke candidly about her recent struggles and the steps she is taking to move forward. The 20-year-old said she had received several mental health diagnoses, including bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, PTSD and ADHD. She also confirmed that she is currently receiving treatment.
Still, Milania made clear that she does not view those diagnoses as an excuse for her actions. She acknowledged that her behavior over the past several months has not always reflected the values of love and respect that her family taught her. She also said she wants to change how she uses her public platform.
“I’m not ashamed,” Milania said while discussing her mental health. Instead, she explained that she hopes greater honesty about what she is experiencing might eventually help someone else.
Her comments come months after her May arrest in New Jersey. Police charged Milania with simple assault following a domestic dispute. Court officials categorized the matter as domestic violence/confidential, while Milania later pleaded not guilty. She previously addressed the arrest publicly and said she had been going through a difficult period.
Then, in September, Milania had a tense encounter with Teresa Giudice and Gia Giudice at Tampa International Airport. A since-deleted video showed her arguing with her family while police stood nearby.
However, Milania later apologized to Teresa and publicly praised her mother. That message marked a noticeable shift after weeks of difficult headlines.
Now, Milania Giudice says she wants to take accountability while continuing treatment. Her latest comments focus less on defending the past and more on changing what comes next.
