Tom Holland and Zendaya’s alleged prenup includes three unusually romantic promises
Haley Sacks, who is known as Mrs. Dow Jones, discussed the alleged prenup for her financial tea podcast. She said, “Zendaya is worth $40 million, and Tom is worth $25 million. So, before they both said I do, they both vowed to protect their assets.”
Beyond the reported arrangements for their real estate and other assets, Holland allegedly added three unusual clauses to the prenup agreement.
She said, “One, he agreed to share every single cent of his earnings with her. Two, he created a $4 million trust fund for their children’s education and safety in Zendaya’s name.”
She added, “Three, if Zendaya gets pregnant, Tom said he will hit pause in his acting career to stay by her side until the baby arrives.”
Sacks added that prenuptial agreements in the U.K. are not automatically binding. They may be considered by the courts when deciding financial matters. The reported prenup is allegedly cross-border and involves U.S. and U.K. legal considerations.
Although most prenups are considered unromantic, Holland’s three unique clauses drew attention. Users were quick to react, with many users gushing over the couple. One user said, “I actually think this WAS romantic. They show that they are a team working for the good of the unit. Marriage is not flowers and rainbows – it’s thoughtful actions and loving consideration.”
Another user said, “This is the most romantic prenup ever.” One user commented, “Tom is such a king for supporting Zendaya like that, wow.”
Tom Holland and Zendaya got married in early 2026; the couple revealed the news during an interview.
