RHOSLC Season 7 Kicks Off With a Record-Breaking Win

RHOSLC Season 7 is already delivering strong ratings for Bravo. The latest season of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City scored the show’s biggest premiere audience to date across multiple platforms. The ratings also jumped significantly from last year, with Peacock playing a major role in pushing the premiere to a new high.

RHOSLC Season 7 delivered record ratings across multiple platforms

According to TheWrap, the RHOSLC Season 7 premiere reached 2.6 million total viewers during its first week. That figure includes viewing across Bravo, Peacock, and other measured platforms. The numbers are based on live-plus-seven-day multiplatform viewing.

The Sept. 16 premiere also improved sharply on Season 6. Overall cross-platform viewership rose 23% compared with last year’s opener.

Meanwhile, Peacock delivered an even bigger increase. Viewing on the streaming service jumped 44% year over year. As a result, the episode became the third most-watched Bravo season premiere ever on Peacock through seven days of viewing.

The strong performance extended beyond traditional ratings as well. Season 7 has generated more than 20 million social-media impressions across platforms season-to-date, according to TheWrap.

The strong numbers followed an unusually emotional premiere. The episode focused heavily on Mary Cosby as she mourned the death of her son, Robert Cosby Jr. Her castmates gathered around her and offered support during the difficult period.

The moment became one of the season’s biggest early talking points. The RHOSLC cast came together for Mary during the premiere, setting a very different tone from the franchise’s usual opening drama.

Still, Season 7 has plenty of familiar faces. Lisa Barlow, Heather Gay, Meredith Marks, Whitney Rose, Angie Katsanevas, Bronwyn Newport, and Mary all returned. Britani Bateman also came back as a friend, while Ashley Quai joined the group.

For Bravo, the early numbers point to a strong start for RHOSLC Season 7. The franchise not only grew its overall audience but also strengthened its performance on Peacock.

New episodes air Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo and stream the next day on Peacock.
