Scott and Kelley Wolf confirm they’re moving forward with divorce
Scott and Kelley told PEOPLE that they have decided to move forward with their divorce. They said they spent time together at home beginning in early spring and focused on healing, rebuilding and stability. “Our hearts are heavy, but they are also filled with gratitude for the years we spent together,” they said. The couple also thanked everyone who supported their family with love and prayers.
Scott and Kelley have three children, Jackson, Miller and Lucy. They shared that their children remain their main focus as they begin this new phase of their lives. “We now move forward into this next chapter, guided by love as co-parents to our children,” they said. They also stressed their shared commitment to the “best and brightest future” for their family.
Scott filed for divorce in June 2025 after 21 years of marriage. The decision came shortly before Kelley faced a mental health crisis that led to an involuntary psychiatric hold in Utah. Scott later sought a restraining order and received temporary sole custody of their children, but he withdrew the petition after they reached a temporary agreement. The couple later showed signs of rebuilding their family connection.
Kelley said she spent the past year working with doctors, therapists, psychologists and healers. She also credited Scott for standing by her during that time and told him, “You never gave up on me.” She added, “You fought like hell until you landed me in safe harbor,” before saying, “I owe you my life.” Despite their decision to divorce, Scott and Kelley now say they will move forward with love and remain committed to their children.
