Prince Harry & Meghan Markle’s New Family Video Reveals Surprising Change in Archie

Meghan Markle has given fans a new look at her family’s life in the U.K. The Duchess of Sussex shared a sweet family video after returning to Britain with Prince Harry and their children. The clip offers a few personal moments from their new chapter overseas.

Prince Archie can be heard speaking with a British accent in Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s new family video

Meghan shared the 35-second video on Instagram on Sunday, Sept. 13. The clip starts with Meghan and Harry holding hands as they walk outdoors. Then it highlights moments when their kids are enjoying time outdoors. Later on Archie can be heard cheering his sister, with a distinctly British accent.

In the clip, Princess Lilibet rides a bicycle while Archie runs beside her. The 7-year-old cheers, “Go! Go!” as he watches his younger sister. His pronunciation appears to have picked up a British accent. The video then plays Wham!’s “Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go” as more family moments appear.

The video also shows Meghan wearing wellies and walking through a muddy puddle. In another scene, Lilibet’s feet are seen warming near a fireplace. Harry, Archie and Lilibet are also seen fishing together on a boat. A British flag emoji and a red heart stay at the top of the video throughout.

Meghan and Harry arrived in the U.K. on Aug. 26 with Prince Archie, Lilibet and their dogs, Pula and Mia. The family plans to stay in Harry’s home country for an extended period. Their return comes six years after they stepped down as senior working royals amid tensions with other members of the royal family. They later moved to the U.S. and had been living in California.

Harry and Meghan will remain non-working royals after their return to the U.K. According to the BBC, a letter sent on behalf of King Charles confirmed their status. They also cannot use the “HRH” titles, which stand for His and Her Royal Highness.

Meghan’s Instagram video gave fans a sweet glimpse into the family’s life in the U.K. Archie’s British-sounding voice stood out as one of the video’s most talked-about moments.
