Kroy Biermann’s $64K Casino Tab Resurfaces Amid Son KJ’s Troubles

Kroy Biermann‘s $64k gambling debt case has resurfaced amid his son KJ Biermann Jr.‘s legal troubles. Court documents show that Biermann was served the post-judgment order days after his son was arrested in August.

Kroy Biermann must pay a judgment tied to his 2021 Baha Mar Casino trip

Kim Zolciak’s ex Kroy Biermann was ordered to pay his gambling debts and attorney’s fees in the latest court documents. According to Us Weekly, the court documents state that Kroy Biermann was ordered to pay more than $64,000 in connection with his casino debt following his Bahamas trip in 2021.

Sky Warrior, which handles the credits at Baha Mar Casino in the Bahamas, filed a request to transfer the case from New Jersey to Georgia in December 2025. The request was signed in March.

According to the ruling, “The foreign judgment awards [Sky Warrior] the sum of $52,500, plus prejudgment interest, together with $11,927.35 in attorneys’ fees and costs.”

The former NFL player was sued in 2023 over the $100,000 line of credit that he obtained from Sky Warrior. The company alleged that he spent $52,500 on chip markers and failed to pay back. Despite claiming he had money in his SunTrust bank account.

Despite multiple demands, Biermann has failed and refused to pay the Outstanding Amount. Biermann’s refusal to pay… constitutes a breach of the Credit Agreement,” according to the original lawsuit.

Zolciak and Kroy’s financial troubles date back years before their ongoing divorce filing.

Zolciak is reportedly facing a debt following two separate ongoing lawsuits. She is accused of failing to pay credit bills and a business loan of $131,000.

Amid their ongoing legal troubles, the estranged couple is facing a battle involving their son.

KJ Biermann Jr. is one of the sons that Kim Zolciak shares with her estranged husband. KJ Biermann Jr., arrested in August, is facing charges for alleged sex crimes.

On Friday, KJ was granted a $200,000 bond and required to wear an ankle monitor while confined to his mother Zolciak’s home.
