Kim Zolciak, who rose to fame on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, has frequently made headlines for her relationship with boyfriend Kyle Mowitz. However, a disturbing new report has now emerged, with Zolciak’s boyfriend accused of financially supporting her while his own wife struggles.
Kyle Mowitz’s finances spark another bitter divorce battle
TV star’s boyfriend is facing accusations from his estranged wife that he’s playing financial games amid their divorce proceedings. She claims, however, that Kyle Mowitz has no problem spending thousands of dollars on the reality star.
According to new court documents obtained by TMZ, Jillian Green is locked in a bitter legal battle with her estranged husband, who is dating Kim Zolciak. She is now asking a judge to hold him in contempt, alleging that he pays spousal support only when he feels like it, leaving her in financial chaos.
Jillian says she pays several bills herself, even though she should receive $6,000 in monthly support. She alleges that Kyle has no financial worries of his own and recently lent Kim $100,000.
She also claims that Kyle has bought himself a new Range Rover and a customized Ferrari while covering Kim Zolciak’s gambling expenses, rent, attorney fees, and the legal fees for her son’s lawyers. The latter may refer to the legal expenses associated with KJ Biermann’s ongoing criminal case.
Jillian also alleged that Kyle spent $77,000 at Neiman Marcus, a well-known luxury department store, in May and July 2026, splurging on expensive designer clothes for both himself and Kim.
For context, Green and Mowitz are fighting over a $100 million divorce, and the case has also pulled reality TV star into the controversy. She filed for divorce from Kyle in March 2025.
The couple married in June 2017 and share two children. What initially appeared to be a routine divorce filing took a turn by September 2025, when the TV star’s name became part of the dispute. Kim Zolciak is reportedly furious about the situation and has described it as an attempt to smear her reputation.
