Aaron Phypers filed a declaration in court claiming that The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Denise Richards owes him more than $23,000 in support. According to TMZ, the court ordered Richards to pay $5k monthly in temporary support to Phypers earlier this year. However, she has allegedly failed to pay support, leading to more than $23,000 in unpaid support.
In his filing, he claims Denise has only been paying a portion of the support, which put him in a bad spot. He said he was evicted from the home he was living in and claims he had no power, water, gas, or cell phone access. Phypers said he had to move with his family to a “humblingly cheap place not far from my attorney’s office.” He also said that he was not able to retrieve his business contacts from his phone, as Richards allegedly destroyed his phone in 2025. Phypers claims this is one of the reasons he could not restart his business to start earning.
Phypers filed for divorce from Richards in 2025. Later, Richards filed documents in court claiming Phypers had been abusive in their relationship. Phypers denied the claims by Richards, but was subject to restraining orders that remain in place until 2030.
Aaron Phypers and Denise Richards had been married for six years before Phypers filed for divorce. In his divorce filing, he alleged that Richards earned over $250,000 from OnlyFans and asked for spousal support. The spousal support was temporary, as their divorce is yet to be finalized.
Phypers’ latest declaration adds another layer to the dispute as the ex-couple continues to fight in a legal battle.
