Meghan Markle reportedly needs to study her sister-in-law, Kate Middleton‘s approach, for an important task in the UK. The Suits star moved back across the pond with her husband, Prince Harry, and kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, last month. They are allegedly residing at a house in the Cotswolds with their kids. One of the biggest challenges for the Duchess of Sussex after the relocation is winning back the public’s favor.
Meghan Markle intends to study Kate Middleton’s way of dealing with UK parents, per source
After spending six years in Montecito, Meghan Markle has moved back to the UK for her and Prince Harry’s children’s schooling. While the kids are off to a new start, the former actress also has an important task. She is reportedly taking “big steps” to alter the UK audience’s perception of her. To achieve that, she is allegedly studying Kate Middleton’s approach.
An insider told Woman’s Day, “Kate is famous for being this very down-to-earth mummy figure who blends in seamlessly with the other parents at her children’s school, and Meghan fully intends to do the same thing. It’s going to be a huge adjustment for the kids, so she wants to be there every step of the way as they acclimate, she won’t be deferring to nannies.”
“That’s the way it was in Montecito, she was a very involved school mom and despite all the cruel rumors that she was disliked by the other mothers,” they added. Markle is allegedly open to comparisons to Middleton. She is also “more than happy” for people to see her hands-on approach with her kids.
The source explained, “Meghan has accepted [the comparisons] and says she’s more than happy for people to see just how hands on she is with her kids. In some ways, it should be easier for her than Kate because she can do it as an ordinary person without having to juggle royal duties alongside it.”
