Latest court ruling deals another blow to Gabbie Gonzalez
Gonzalez requested that the court grant her parenting time with her daughter, whom she has with Jack Avery‘s child. However, the judge has reportedly denied the plea and kept Avery’s restraining orders against Gonzalez.
According to TMZ, the legal documents reportedly state that the influencer will be barred from parenting time with her daughter unless the court says otherwise, as the Los Angeles judge has kept the initial restraining orders.
Earlier this year, Avery requested a restraining order claiming that his ex, Gabbie Gonzalez, has been planning to hire men to kill him. He additionally requested sole custody of their daughter, Lavender. The judge granted the temporary restraining order and custody to the singer. The influencer has allegedly not seen her daughter since the TRO was issued.
Gonzalez also filed a request to postpone the hearing for domestic violence and the restraining order, which was rejected. The hearing for the same is scheduled on October 20.
Jack is reportedly living with their daughter outside California after Gonzalez was released on $2 million bail. He allegedly felt unsafe. She has been charged with attempted murder of her ex-boyfriend Avery.
Earlier in the case, Gonzalez’s father, Francisco, and friend, Kai Cordrey, were arrested for helping the influencer in her case.
The couple started dating in 2018 and welcomed a daughter in 2019. They split in 2021 following what was described as a toxic relationship. With the latest request rejected by the court, Gonzalez’s legal troubles intensify. The decision adds another layer to the highly publicized legal dispute between the singer and social media star.
