Stefon Diggs’ Male Accuser Provides Texts as Evidence in Sexual Assault Dispute

Trigger Warning: This article includes discussion of alleged sexual assault, with details.

The legal battle between the New England Patriots star Stefon Diggs and social media influencer Christopher Blake Griffith, which stems from a 2023 encounter, has a new update. Griffith has provided more than 100 pages of texts and communications with Diggs as evidence for his claims.

In court documents, Griffith claims he provided pages of communications with Stefon Diggs, including text messages exchanged through iMessage and Instagram, reports TMZ.

The outlet states Diggs alleged that Griffith failed to provide Instagram messages relevant to the case. Griffith, however, claimed that the 32-year-old NFL wide receiver already had access to those communications. But Diggs stated that Griffith had blocked him on Instagram, preventing him from viewing their prior messages, and requested that the court order Griffith to produce those messages.

According to Griffith’s allegations, Diggs drugged and sexually assaulted him after a charity basketball game in 2023, as per AOL. Griffith claimed that Diggs and others went to a D.C. club before heading to the NFL player’s home, where he alleges the assault took place. He also stated in a 2023 police report that Diggs provided him with candy he believed was “laced with drugs” without his knowledge. The legal conflict grew in October 2024 after Griffith filed a separate claim against Darez Diggs, Stefon Diggs’ brother, accusing him of an alleged elevator attack aimed at silencing him, reports Primetimer.

On October 1, 2025, Diggs filed a libel lawsuit against Griffith, contesting the accusations made against him. Griffith is now represented by Jake Lebowitz, while Diggs is seeking unspecified damages and attorneys’ fees, according to Sports Illustrated.
