It’s fascinating to watch someone repeatedly deny pulling a firearm on another person until they’re confronted with a recording of what they did. That’s what happened to one man in Georgia who had become so angry with a motorcyclist that he drew a gun and pointed it at the rider before driving away. The cops then arrested the man and pulled him into an interrogation room, where he pretended not to remember what he did. Unfortunately for him, the suspect had no idea that the cops already had him dead to rights.
Man can’t believe he’s being arrested for aggravated assult
The arrest of Scott Henderson, a 57-year-old man who was caught on video threatening a motorcyclist with a gun, has resurfaced after a clip posted in the r/dashcams Reddit on October 25 received over 30,000 likes on the platform. The 13-second video is cut from a much longer video that was released in July 2026 on the official Facebook page of the Gwinnett County Police in Georgia.
The longer road rage footage taken from the helmet of a motorcyclist on June 10 shows the driver of a white Jeep, who was later identified as Scott Henderson, stopping to his left on Hamilton Mill Road. After the rider pulls behind a trailer truck and checks his route on his phone, Henderson shouts at him through the open passenger’s side window.
“Learn how to drive!” he shouts, supposedly furious at something the rider did before the footage starts.
The incident didn’t stop there, though, as the recording shows the man holding a firearm with his right hand and aiming it at the victim through the window. The rider can barely react to the threat before Henderson steps on the gas and flees by accelerating through the left lane. The footage is then slowed down so that viewers can more clearly see the firearm, highlighted in a red circle.
The video then cuts two weeks later on June 24 when a female officer speaks to a man who seems to be the manager at Henderson’s workplace. She explains that they’re looking to arrest the suspect, after the motorcyclist filed a report against him. About five minutes later, Henderson is seen being handcuffed by two officers in what looks to be a break room with other employees as he yells, “Are you kidding me?”
After being brought to an interrogation room, Henderson tells police that he has no idea why he’s being arrested.
“Do you know why you’re here?” the female interrogator asks.
“I have no clue,” Henderson responds.
When he’s told that the cops received a complaint from someone saying he pointed a gun at him, he laughs in denial. “No, no I did not,” he replies.
He continues to act oblivious until the interrogator tells him that the motorcyclist had recorded the entire incident from his helmet. However, he still says that the incident isn’t ringing any bells. Once Henderson is shown the recording, though, he quickly remembers what happened and changes his story.
“It does ring a bell, but I don’t see no gun,” he says.
“Oh, it’s there,” the interrogator replies.
“He was aggressively weaving in and out of traffic,” he says in defense. “And then I cussed him out.”
Henderson then confirms that the driver in the video is indeed him. But he still denies pointing a gun at the rider, despite watching the footage again.
“It may look like it, but it’s not,” he claims. “It’s just me holding something, it was like a, I had something in my hand, like trash.”
A few moments later, the interrogator still gives him bad news: “Well, as of right now you are being charged with aggravated assault.”
Henderson replies with a soft “okay” before asking, “So where do we go from here?”
“From here, you will go to jail.”
Henderson can’t believe that he’s going to jail and then sarcastically says, “Amazing.”
Henderson was arrested on June 24 on an aggravated charge and remained in Gwinnet County Jail without bond at least until July 18.
