Lindsay Hubbard announces debut memoir Activated and reveals what fans can expect

Titled Activated, the memoir will arrive in 2027 through Simon & Schuster’s Gallery Books imprint. PEOPLE exclusively revealed the book’s cover on November 4. The publication also shared details about what readers can expect.

Hubbard, 40, explained that she had considered writing the book several times. However, her busy life repeatedly delayed the project. Turning 40 finally convinced her that the timing felt right.

“I’ve sat down many times over the years to write this book, but life moves quickly in my world,” she shared. She added, “Turning 40 felt like the right time to finally tell my whole story.” The memoir will explore experiences beyond her television appearances.

The book promises previously untold stories and a look at Hubbard’s life before filming began. Her journey reportedly includes childhood memories, college experiences, and her earlier public relations career. Readers will also get a glimpse of her time living in New York and Los Angeles.

“Although you all have seen bits and pieces of my journey on TV, there’s so much more that fans don’t know about my life,” she explained. Hubbard promised to share details from Summer House, In the City, and beyond. She described the memoir as an honest account filled with different emotions.

“I’m giving you all the details of my very full life with vulnerability, laughter, comedy and excitement,” she added. Writing the book also became a meaningful personal experience. Hubbard described revisiting her memories as both fulfilling and therapeutic.

The reality star admitted feeling excited and slightly nervous about sharing these personal stories. She also teased what readers could expect from her personality. “I’ve been Activated since birth,” she declared.

Activated is scheduled for publication on May 18, 2027, and is available for preorder. Gallery Books will publish the memoir, giving fans an opportunity to discover another side of Hubbard beyond Bravo.
