At the November 2 New York premiere of All’s Fair Season 2, Kardashian revealed that dressing as her daughter had been North’s idea. According to Page Six, she told Entertainment Tonight that she thought she had nailed the look until North saw it.
“Wrong shirt! I would never wear that skirt,” Kardashian recalled her daughter telling her. North also questioned her mother’s choice of eyelashes before restyling the outfit and making it “amazing and perfect.”
The final look featured North’s signature electric-blue hair, layered graphic clothing, long nails, and faux facial piercings. Kardashian also wore her daughter’s diamond skull pendant. Fans had already seen the transformation when she shared photos online in October.
North’s hands-on corrections also reflected her mother’s recent comments about their fashion dynamic. During the All’s Fair press tour, Kardashian revealed that she regularly seeks her daughter’s fashion advice. She praised North’s honesty and even said she is “never wrong” when it comes to style.
North has developed a recognizable style of her own. Her blue hair, piercings, and statement accessories also took center stage when Kardashian shared photos from her Dazed magazine shoot earlier this year.
For Halloween, Kardashian tried to recreate that style down to the smallest details. However, North had the final say, ensuring the finished look met her standards.
