Who else is starring in Nicolas Cage’s new thriller movie?

Cage is leading the psychological cyber-thriller alongside Michael Sheen, Jordi Mollà, Emilio Sakraya, and Adrian Topol. Indonesian singer and actor Agnez Mo has also joined the ensemble. The project marks her first on-screen English-language film role since appearing in Reacher Season 4. However, the film has yet to reveal details about the characters they will portray.

The story follows a brilliant but socially invisible computer prodigy who struggles to find a place in society. His life takes a different direction when he joins an underground hacker collective called C.L.A.Y., an acronym for Clowns Laughing At You. The group uses digital provocation to create real-world consequences, eventually attracting attention from intelligence agencies, criminal syndicates, and rival hackers.

The thriller explores themes of identity, belonging, and the growing influence of digital spaces on people’s lives. Its premise also examines how online activities can spill into the real world, putting the collective and its members in increasingly dangerous situations.

Afram is making his feature directorial debut with the project. Besides directing, he has also written the screenplay and is producing the film. Edward Kahl, Reza Roohi, and Adrian Topol are among the other producers, while Bianca Goodloe, David Scaramanga, and Daniel Haido serve as executive producers.

The film started shooting in London in November 2026. Its makers have not announced an official release date or confirmed when it will arrive in theaters or on streaming platforms.
