Prince Harry reportedly wants to sit with Prince William to resolve their family feud. According to The Examiner, an unnamed source said, “Harry doesn’t see why he and William can’t sit down like adults and talk this out. As far as he’s concerned, nothing that’s been said or done is unforgivable. If they’re both willing to take responsibility for their part in things.”

While Harry is reportedly willing to reconcile, the source claims Prince William does not want to meet with his brother. The source further alleged that William does not want to see Harry in the same room.

The source added, “It’s incredibly frustrating that William won’t even speak to him, especially because Harry is convinced his brother is enjoying having the upper hand. That being said, William can ignore him all he likes. It doesn’t mean he’s going anywhere.” Harry previously expressed his desire to reconcile with the royal family during his GQ interview.

Harry’s comments to GQ do support his broader desire for reconciliation. He said, “Some people don’t want it to work out. I want it to work out,” and called reconciliation “the most important thing.” However, a spokesperson later clarified that the remarks did not target William or any other member of the royal family.

Prince Harry returned to the U.K. with Meghan Markle and their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. This was after the family spent several years in California. Harry and Meghan moved back to Britain in late August and have since resumed a number of public appearances there.

The source also highlighted the welcome Harry and Meghan received from the public during their appearance in Nottingham. They cited the warm reception as evidence that the British public still supports them. “And they have every intention of sticking around. Of course, Harry would much rather find a way for everyone to get along,” the source said. Harry and Meghan made their first joint public appearance in Nottingham on October 15 following their return to the U.K.

Harry reportedly misses his elder brother and hopes they can put their differences aside. However, there has been no public confirmation from Prince William about this. No proven source says that he shares that desire or is ready to meet with Harry. The claims about William’s private feelings and intentions remain attributed to the anonymous source.
