Months after HGTV’s Rock the Block Season 7 wrapped up, the winning team’s home is still struggling to find a buyer despite several reductions in its asking price. Kim Wolfe and Chelsea Meissner’s property has dropped from its original $3.4 million listing to just under $3 million. The home is among three properties from the competition that remain unsold.
HGTV’s Rock the Block homes still unsold months after Season 7 finale
Three of the four homes featured in HGTV’s Rock the Block Season 7 remain unsold months after the finale, despite multiple reductions in their asking prices.
Kim Wolfe and Chelsea Meissner, who won the competition in May, have lowered their property’s price from $3.4 million to $2.999 million. The homes designed by Mina Starsiak Hawk and Vernon Davis, and Taniya Nayak and Drew Lachey, have also seen their prices fall. Meanwhile, Scott McGillivray and Brooke Hogan’s property is the only one to have sold.
According to Entertainment Now, Wolfe and Meissner’s 4,300-square-foot home was first listed for $3.4 million in May. The asking price dropped to $3.275 million in July, then to $3.125 million on October 5, before reaching $2.999 million on October 21. Described as “a masterclass in atmospheric luxury and daring architectural choices,” the home remained on the market despite the latest reduction.
Starsiak Hawk and Davis’ home was also initially listed for $3.4 million. It has since undergone the same series of price cuts. The property includes custom architectural details, designer furnishings, and a guest casita created from a converted RV garage. On the other hand, Nayak and Lachey’s residence has been reduced to $2.99 million. Designed for entertaining, it features a wine room with a hidden speakeasy behind a secret door. Neither property had sold as of publication.
The only home from Season 7 to secure a buyer was designed by McGillivray and Hogan. The 4,300-square-foot property sold for $3.275 million in July. Its design includes limestone walls, wood flooring, and an open-concept layout.
The seventh season featured four teams competing for the title, with Wolfe and Meissner ultimately taking the win.
