Robert F. Kennedy Jr. recently shared a photo of Donald Trump with members of his administration during a visit to Florida. Although the Health and Human Services secretary posted the picture to promote government initiatives, social media users focused on Trump aide Natalie Harp, who appeared seated beside the president.

Kennedy shared the photograph on X on Saturday morning after posing with administration officials. He wrote, “In Fort Myers, FL with Oz & the Boss to announce U.S. harvested seafood labeling and $260 million in nursing scholarships.” (via The Mirror) The photo showed Trump alongside Kennedy, Dr. Mehmet Oz and Harp.
However, social media users focused on Harp, 35, who was seated beside Trump on the wooden section of a couch. Wearing a maroon dress, she smiled for the camera. Her presence prompted some users to question why she was included in the photograph and what role she was playing at the event.
Harp has frequently accompanied Trump during his recent campaign appearances. On Friday, she was seen following him after he descended the steps of Marine One, carrying a bag as she climbed the stairs behind him.
Kennedy’s post prompted several users to question Harp’s presence in the photograph. “What the hell is NATALIE HARP doing in this photo?” one person asked. Another commented, “Natalie is there why?” A third questioned her role among the administration officials and asked what happened “when the cameras turned off.”
Meanwhile, Kennedy also spoke at a Fort Myers rally on Friday before Trump took the stage. While discussing their efforts to “Make America Healthy Again,” he paused after an audience member appeared to collapse and the crowd reacted. Kennedy said, “Let’s all say a prayer for that person… God bless all of you, and God bless Donald Trump, and God bless America.”
The attention surrounding Harp follows scrutiny last month over an apparently AI-generated image that purported to show Trump kissing her. Despite the speculation, Trump has continued to praise his aide publicly.
At a rally in Grand Island, Nebraska, on October 5, Trump called Harp “this perfect person.” He compared her appearance onstage to a presentation on The Price Is Right. He also suggested that he and Harp could take the interaction to television.
